Refund policy

At Kamala Designs, each piece is lovingly handmade to order with care and intention. Because of the unique and personal nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction truly matters. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 14 days via email to info@kamaladesigns.com.au of receiving your package and I’ll do my best to make things right.

I offer repairs, replacements, or refunds for:
• Items damaged during transit
• Incorrect items sent
• Faulty workmanship within 60 days of purchase
I stand by the quality of my handmade pieces. If your jewellery shows signs of a manufacturing fault within 60 days of purchase, I’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

This does not cover damage caused by:
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper care or handling
• Accidental damage

I do not accept:
• Returns for change of mind
• Returns on earrings or toe rings for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer

If a return is approved:
• Items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• I recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
