Shipping policy

Each Kamala Designs piece is thoughtfully and lovingly handmade just for you. Due
to the care and intention in every design, please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of order for your jewellery to made and prepared for delivery.

SHIPPING METHOD:
We ship exclusively with Australia Post Express Post, which offers
• Guaranteed delivery within the Express Post network
• Full tracking
• Fast and secure shipping
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Flat Rate (Australia wide):
Express Post – Up to 500g $14.65

Delivery time is in addition to the 2-week creation period. Most Express Post parcels arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch depending on location (please check your postcode for expected delivery times).

We currently ship within Australia only. If you're outside Australia and would love a Kamala Designs piece, please get in touch - we may be able to arrange something special just for you!
